WHY ICE CREAM??  Glad you asked!

In keeping with our mission of equipping our associates with skills which will increase independence, eQuality launched a kitchen skills class this summer.  Associates meet weekly at a commercial kitchen, where they learn kitchen skills, have fun, and explore the concept of creating paid jobs making ice cream.

To help kick off and celebrate this initiative, we will host an ice cream social on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.  Attendees will have the chance to taste and name ice cream flavors while enjoying a picnic-style open house gathering at our learning site, MidCity Kitchen, 693 Raymond Ave in St. Paul.
